CSP Magazine’s 2015 Brand Perception study:

Del Monte Fresh: best customer service, marketing support

Del Monte Fresh Produce has been recognized as the convenience channel supplier with the best customer service and best marketing support/resources by CSP Magazine’s 2015 Brand Perception Study in the “Fresh Food” category.

The study was designed and conducted by CSP Business Media and Readex and aimed to learn about buyer/customer perceptions of various brands in the convenience store industry.

Specific areas of inquiry included:
  • The brands respondents feel consistently deliver the most innovative products, best customer service, and the best marketing support/resources
  • The size of respondents’ organizations in terms of number of store locations and the average annual gross sales volume of those stores
  • Opinions of the quality of each brand respondents are familiar with based on their experience in the convenience store business
Among other major brands in the “Fresh Food” category, Del Monte Fresh Produce ranked first for its quality of customer service provided through representatives, as well as the marketing support and resources provided for their brand in convenience stores.
