Ireland: Horeswood Nurseries a step closer at recirculating

Growers in Ireland have to face the fact that they have to collect their rainwater at short notice. Horeswood Nurseries successfully began the collection and recycling of the rain water that falls on their greenhouses. With the installation of the necessary ground works and a reservoir, they are able to harness almost the complete site's rain water and use it to feed their plants.

This is bringing them one step closer to completing the desired and planned closed water cycle for their site and one step closer to fulfilling their sustainable targets. Thanks to all at Van der Hoeven for their assistance on the project. Further sustainable steps are in motion and shall be announced in due course.
