For this, Taks subsequently developed a new system, which retrieves the stacks of empty crates from the pallet. Next, the stacks of crates are automatically placed on the desired stacking height. The empty pallet is automatically stacked in a pallet warehouse.
The boxes are then automatically pushed on to the harvesting carts. Because of the large buffer, the carts can be quickly loaded which increases performance. With this solution, Royal Pride Holland has made a considerable labor-saving efficiency improvement in the logistic process.
