UK: Fire damages warehouses of Selby Salads

A large fire last Sunday night caused severe damage at Selby Salads, a horticultural nursery and wholesale branch company in Selby, North Yorkshire. According to sources, the blaze dramatically damaged the warehouse of the greenhouse grower. This area is mainly used for packing and loading. As well as this, some portable buildings next to the warehouse and loading area were damaged. It is not known if the greenhouses, used for the cultivation of tomatoes and cucumbers, were also damaged.
