Agrifood and horticulture trade mission to Nigeria

FME and NABC (in corporation with RVO) organize a trade mission to Lagos, Nigeria. Participation at the Agrikexpo Trade Fair is part of the program. The tailor made and matchmaking-oriented program gives you an excellent opportunity to further expand your business to the largest economy of Africa:

The largest horticulture and agrofood expo of West-Africa takes place in the biggest and most prestigious conference building in Nigeria: the Eko Convention Centre on Victoria Island in Lagos. Besides participating in this fair, the mission is dedicated to: 
  • Participation at Agrikexpo through Holland Lounge
  • Individual Matchmaking 
  • Company visits 
  • Networking reception in cooperation with the Netherlands embassy

During the the Agrikexpo-fair the following concurrent events take place: 
  • FoodBext West Africa, food & beverage expo,
  • European Union – Nigeria Business Forum.

  • Supply (products and technology) to local Fruit & Vegetable Chains
  • Agritechnology (mechanization)
  • Food Processing technology

Tailor-made Trade mission


Based on a personal intake, the requested appointments will be arranged. The appointments will be held at the Agrikexpo, at an Central location in Lagos, or at the premises of the company itself. As preparation for this mission, you are of course well invited for the Nigeria Business Event in Rotterdam on 15 October. 

In addition to all business needs, we take care of all logistical matters before and during the trade mission.
Participation fee & registration

The participation fee is € 450,- (excl 21% VAT) and includes: intake, matchmaking, and other organizational costs; and participation at the Agrikexpo (Holland Lounge). The following is not included: your own travel costs, hotel, lunches and dinners.
