Canada: Invitation to commercial field trial combining UV and ozone technologies

A team of researchers from the University of Guelph, led by Dr. Mike Dixon, are conducting a commercial field trial combining UV and ozone technologies in an advanced oxidation process for the treatment of recirculating greenhouse irrigation water.

This trial at Westland Greenhouses in Jordan, Ontario, Canada is supported with equipment and services from ACROBATic Controls, HortiMaX and Nature’s Green Way in partnership with funding from OMAFRA under the New Directions Research Program.

Invitation to the public

The team is planning an information session at Westland Greenhouses in the afternoon of October 6, 2015, which is the day before the Canadian Greenhouse Conference in Niagara Falls Ontario.

As space is limited we ask those who are interested to sign up (RSVP), by e-mail to Al van den Ende at al@acrobatcontrols.com

There is no cost for this event.

Further information will be sent in September to those who registered.
