In all Spar, Eurospar and Interspar stores in Tirol, there is now a varied selection of organic herbs available from Tirol. From cress to basil: fresh herbs are very popular in the region. In total, you can already find more than 3,600 products from 115 local producers on the shelves of Spar.

Herb pioneer Johann Strillinger has been supplying fresh organic herbs from Tirol to Spar customers for more than thirty years. They are produced according to strict organic guidelines. Amidst meadows and woods on the Eiberg in Söll lies the Strillinger family's business, which is devoted to the cultivation of herbs. The sloping site with strong sunlight, but also cool nights, at 600 meters altitude produces the ideal growing conditions and especially aromatic herbs.
