Morris gained extensive horticulture experience after serving for 16 years as a grower for a large Leamington greenhouse operation. Furthermore he gained commercial experience during his time at a greenhouse supply company, where he was working as an outside sales representative.

Since April this year, Morris assumes the role of North American Marketing and Sales Manager for Paskal, the Israeli developer of cropping supplies and technology. Morris will service his hometown Leamington, Ontario, while he will also frequently travel to growers in other parts of Canada and the United States.
Morris enjoys the new developments in working for a company like Paskal. "Paskal is known as a pioneer of smart cropping solutions, and invests a lot in research and development," he said. "With the recent addition of the Growth Analysis System to their catalog, Paskal Technologies is now also an important player on the market for smart growing systems. Growers especially in North America have shown much interest in this system and I am looking forward to working with them to increase the efficiencies of their business."
