On Saturday 7 February, the anniversary edition of the Leo Ammerlaan Run will take place in Bleiswijk. Like in previous years, the event supports several charities. This year, these are the Foundation Stop Brain Tumors, "Komt een Bijl bij de dokter" and Foundation Baobab kids in Malawi. More information can be found at http://stophersentumoren.nl/, http://www.kebbdd.nl/ and http://www.stichtingdebaobab.nl/.
The event works with electronic timing and in case of timely registration your name can be printed below your starting number. The footrace will be held inside the greenhouse.
The distances are 5 and 10 km (participation from 12 years). There is also a Kids Run in two versions: one lap (1666.5 meters) for those aged 4 to 10 years, or two laps (3333 meters) for the age group of 8 to 14 years.
