AU: Tony Bundock joins Powerplants Australia as Technical Supervisor
As you may have heard, Powerplants Australia are very pleased to have acquired the services of well known industry expert Tony Bundock, who has recently joined the Powerplants team as a Technical Supervisor. Tony comes to Powerplants with a wealth of knowledge after working at Chisholm Institute of TAFE in Cranbourne (Melbourne) for the last 22 years.
Tony’s background is in commercial greenhouse production and he commenced his career in growing in the U.K.'s Lea Valley in the cut flower industry.
Tony has been the driving force behind the establishment of the greenhouse training facility at Cranbourne, and he is now also recognised as one of Priva's officially endorsed trainers.
Through his involvement in crop management with De Ruiter’s ‘Living Proof Centre’ at the Cranbourne facility, Tony has also developed a sound practical knowledge of growing techniques and computerised climate management techniques.
Tony’s new role will involve quoting and estimation of climate controls and other products to assist the Sales team. Tony will also be responsible for Product Management and sales of FS Performance and Lights. He will also provide technical support to growers and specialised training for customers and staff on Priva control systems.
We are very excited to have Tony on board with his extensive knowledge and look forward to him sharing his expertise with our customers in the coming months.
