NA: Zwart Systems purchases TAVA Systems
Zwart Systems, a leader in horticultural irrigation systems, which has been an established company in the industry since 1969, has recently acquired TAVA Systems, a leader in horticultural automation equipment and growing systems.
Zwart Systems is looking to strengthen their position in the market place by adding the TAVA Systems product line to their portfolio. They are also looking to capitalize on some of the speciality knowledge owned by TAVA Systems currently and incorporate this knowledge and the TAVA Systems staff into their own company.
Zwart Systems General Manager, Jim Van Ryn, believes that the two companies are natural fit and the visions of the two companies are very much in line with each other. The consolidation of the two companies will present opportunities to complete turnkey systems at an extremely professional level.
