Netherlands: King Willem-Alexander opens new PlantLab facility and head office

His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands this week opened the new state-of-the-art research facility and head office of PlantLab in the Dutch city of 's-Hertogenbosch. There were more than 700 national and international guests at the opening. After the opening the king joined a guided tour through the completely renovated historical building in which PlantLab is accommodated.

PlantLab has developed a patented technology in which crops grow in Plant Production Units without daylight. The opening of the new facility is the start of a big rollout of the PlantLab concept with international partners and various markets.
