The forthcoming UK Brassica & Leafy Salad Conference will be held on Wednesday 28th January 2015 at the KingsGate Conference Centre, Peterborough.
This conference and trade show is for all those involved in the production or allied to these significant industries from home and abroad.
We have now secured Azmina Govindji to speak in the afternoon; she is an independent nutritionist, registered dietician, health writer and mum. She bridges the communications gap between the consumer and the food industry by translating scientific evidence into language consumers can understand.
The conference website is now live and will be updated as the programme is completed; delegate bookings will be taken in the autumn. Please visit www.brassicaandleafysaladconference.co.uk
Alongside the conference there will be a trade exhibition; with many bookings already secured we request that interested companies contact Wendy as soon as possible to place their booking.
A Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday 28th January at the Holiday Inn, Peterborough, which is sponsored by Rijk Zwaan.
This new conference event is kindly being sponsored by Syngenta
