Food safety video series explains good agricultural practices

The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association has launched a series of short videos to supplement its manual, Good Agricultural Practices for Small Diversified Farms: Tips and Strategies to Reduce Risk and Pass an Audit. This video series documents real-world examples of how small, diversified farms can employ tips and strategies to meet GAP certification requirements.

The series of eight online videos addresses the audit process, traceability, worker health and hygiene, water, animals, equipment, and more. Videos run from one to three minutes each.
