The economy in Vietnam has grown strongly in the past two decades, and major investors are becoming interested in it. Together with these parties, the Saigon Hi-Tech Park was established. This park focuses on the development of new technologies and is located 15 kilometers east of the capital city of Ho Chi Minh. Along with the biotechnology emphasis, the park is also meant to stimulate education and training.
Demonstration greenhouse
Greenhouse builder Haimy has realized a modern greenhouse of 3,000 m2 with dual ventilation as part of the project. Sercom installed a unit in this greenhouse that automates the water irrigation system, adjusts the fertilization and controls the climate. The regulation of the ventilation and cooling system is automated with Sercom software. This shows the Vietnamese growers that optimality, the irrigation system and climate is essential for improved production and optimal quality.For more information:
