Atoplan Products, formerly Atomica, is a specialized company for foil and synthetic fabrics. "All of our products are produced according to our own specifications and expertise, using the most modern machines," says Willy Homma. At the Tuinbouwrelatiedagen Venray (Open Days) the company presents two new and innovative greenhouses films.
"Our latest development in greenhouse film," says Willy Homma about Tripl Clear Katalite (datasheet). This foil combines several characteristics: a very high UV resistance (10 years N-Europe) and high light transmission (> 91%). The foil is self-cleaning thanks to a very smooth outer surface layer. The foil is hot and has an anti-fog effect.
Atoplan Triple Clear Katalite was recently installed on the roof of the butterfly garden Amazonica in Rotterdam Zoo. Experts first prescribed ETFE foil, but the new Atoplan triple Katalite was chosen for its superior properties.
Atoplan Cristall FR (datasheet) is a crystal clear, robust tunnel film with very high thermal properties and anti-fog function. FR stands for flame retardant, but the foil is also available as non-fire retardant and can therefore be used as energy screen in the greenhouse. The PVC foil has a thickness of 0.20mm.
