US: USDA's website is partially restored

The USDA's website has been partially restored, making available some resources and department notices for the first time in two weeks. The website was taken offline last week as part of the government shutdown, keeping users from seeing historical supply and demand information on countless agricultural products and services the department regulates.

The websites for many key USDA branches, including the Farm Service Agency and the Agricultural Marketing Service, are still unavailable.
