OAO "Tomskzelenstroy" started the construction of the second stage of greenhouse project in Trubachevo village begin October. The area for this stage of the project is 6 Hectares. The start-up is scheduled for the middle of 2013, as RIA Novosti informs, referencing to the General Manager of the company, Mrs. Galina Shanina.
One Hectare of the new stage is planned to be opened within this year and will be used for tomato cultivation. The second stage also includes the construction of a thermal energy center with the power of 4.5 MW and development of Trubachevo village by construction of accommodation for the employees of the greenhouse complex.
Currently, the estimated value of the project is about 700 million RUB. The company plans to take the additional bank loan for development of the project.
Construction of the first 2.7 Hectares stage of the modern year-round greenhouse complex for vegetables and greenery was started in Trubachevo village of Tomsk Region in 2011. The project is financed by private and borrowed funds, as well as budgetary funds. The greenhouse facility is fitted with modern highly technological equipment. The first crops were collected in the beginning of 2012.
