Logiztik Alliance Group, in partnership with LATAM Cargo, has offset more than 570 tons of CO₂ generated by its 2024 export operations. This milestone represents 15% of the company's total export-related emissions with LATAM Cargo.
Conservation in Colombia's Orinoquía region
During 2024, LATAM Cargo served as Logiztik Alliance's main air transport partner, prompting the company's participation in LATAM's "1+1: Offset to Conserve" program. Through this initiative, the airline matches each customer's carbon offset contribution, effectively doubling the environmental benefit.
All funds from this program are directed to certified conservation projects that remove or avoid greenhouse gas emissions. In Colombia, the initiative supports the preservation of the Orinoquía floodplain savannas, key ecosystems that contribute to carbon capture and biodiversity protection.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Program
Additionally, Logiztik Alliance contributed to LATAM's Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Program, further strengthening its environmental commitment. SAF can reduce lifecycle emissions by up to 74% compared to traditional jet fuel. The fuel used in this initiative — Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel — is produced from renewable waste and residue materials, including animal fats, and blended with conventional jet fuel.
"Environmental responsibility is at the core of our operations. This collaboration with LATAM Cargo allows us to go beyond logistics — contributing directly to climate action and the protection of Colombia's ecosystems," said Jaime Muñoz, General Manager of Logiztik Alliance Group in Colombia.
