UK: Tomtech Managing Director celebrates 20th anniversary with company

Managing Director, Krzysztof Hernik, is celebrating his 20th year with Tomtech.

Originally joining Tomtech in late 2005 as a Software Engineer, Krzysztof has dedicated his expertise to the company's growth, becoming Managing Director, a position in which he has held for the past 10 years.

"20 years already! The last two decades have been fantastic and I have thoroughly enjoyed working within the horticultural sector and collaborating with so many talented and passionate individuals across the industry. It's been a privilege to help drive innovation in greenhouse control systems and I can't wait for what the future holds!" says Krzysztof Hernik, Managing Director at Tomtech.

Joining Tomtech in 2005, Krzysztof worked closely with Tomtech's founder, Alan Thompson, who passed on the knowledge and expertise in creating ground-breaking control systems for commercial greenhouses.

After Alan sadly passed away in 2014, Krzysztof took over as Tomtech's Managing Director and has been the driving force behind the company ever since.

"As the Managing Director of Tomtech, my goal is not only to deliver strategies for growth but also to honour the founder's legacy - continuing to innovate, support our customers and keep the company at the heart of the UK's horticultural community.
