Indian grower considers expansion after big order

Harshil Agrotech has received a purchase order from Heera Merchants for the supply of grains and vegetables. The order is for supply of Wheat, Potato, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Brinjal/Capsicum mix. The company is also considering expansion into spices processing and export to diversify product offerings and capture new markets.

The delivery schedule for the above orders will commence in 45 days from the work order date in mutually agreed tranches at Ahmedabad APMC and buyer-designated warehouses/cold storages. Payment terms for the order is 30 percent advance in 7 days of confirmation and 70 per cent against delivery & inspection, said the company.

Pankaj Patel, Managing Director, Harshil Agrotech said, "The above order aligns with the Company's core business of trading and processing of agricultural products and is expected to contribute meaningfully to near-term revenues."

The company provides Organic Farming Services to support farmers in transitioning to chemical-free farming methods that preserve soil health, protect biodiversity and produce high-quality, organic crops.
