Saudi Arabia launches second greenhouse management training program in Riyadh

National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah) and NEOM food company Topian have launched the second edition of the greenhouse management training program, running from August 24 to 28, 2025, at Estidamah's headquarters in Riyadh.

The program aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices by providing comprehensive training in the management and operation of climate-controlled greenhouses. Participants can learn about advanced systems for climate control, smart irrigation, crop monitoring, and energy-saving solutions. The curriculum also addresses key challenges such as water scarcity, soil health, and biodiversity conservation.

This initiative is part of Estidamah's knowledge transfer program, which seeks to improve agricultural production efficiency and enhance food security, in line with the objectives of the country's National Agriculture Strategy.
