Nate Calkins is the 6th generation to own and operate Lake Orchard Farm in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Nate and his team run an aquaponics facility consisting of a 4,000 square-foot greenhouse that yields 45,000 pounds of leafy greens and a 2,000 square-foot space to raise 1,200-1,500 tilapia.
