Upping irrigation unit and fertilizer mixing to be ready for the future

Twelve years ago, Agri Solutions Asia (ASA) embarked on a transformative journey with the company Take Me Home Tomatoes, marking a significant milestone in Thailand's agricultural sector. Our installation was one of the first precision irrigation and climate control systems in Thailand, powered by Sercom. It was a venture into a future of sustainable and efficient farming in the country. Today, the company is taking the next chapter in this journey—a complete upgrade of the irrigation unit and fertilizer mixing and storage area, ensuring Take Me Home Tomatoes is well-equipped for the future.

Transitioning from manual to automated irrigation, the company witnessed an increase in yields by almost 30%. Understanding the importance of innovation and continuous improvement, it's time to retire the old system and introduce an upgrade.

Featuring the ability to irrigate with three different fertilizer recipes and adjust pH levels using acid, this system is designed for precision and flexibility. One of its most commendable features is the capability to recycle drain water. By collecting it in a silo, disinfecting it, and mixing it with fresh water, they're not just saving resources but also contributing to environmental sustainability. All of this is seamlessly controlled by the Sercom controller system, ensuring high-accuracy precision irrigation.

"At ASA, we believe in the power of technology to transform agriculture. This upgrade is a step towards a more efficient, sustainable, and productive future. Join us in celebrating this new chapter for Take Me Home Tomatoes, and let's continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in agriculture together," the ASA team concludes.
