A new 'player' is emerging in the temporary employment industry. We spoke with William Schipper from Concreeto Recruitment Agency. The temporary recruitment business is not unfamiliar to them. They have been in the game for a while. Currently, 250 temporary workers are working via them. The people in their pool are selected on their mentality.
William: "We excel in combining technology and craftsmanship. After multiple talks with growers, we realized this is the best combination. Our mentality and that of our workers is characterized by 'less talk, more action.' This aligns with growers' go-getter mentality."
Service
In addition to the work ethic, William emphasizes that Concreeto is proud of keeping its promises: “If three new employees are requested, there will be three employees, period. We understand time is money, and a promise is a promise.”
One of Concreeto Recruitment Agency's core values is 'Service'. William explains that this is mainly owing to its commitment to clients and temporary workers. Keeping promises is part of this, as well as being present at the grower's place from day one. “We see ourselves as a team. One team of both clients and temporary workers. Part of this is solving issues as quickly as possible. We want to keep a close eye on them."
The permanent recruiters from Concreeto in Hungary and Romania locally recruit the temporary workers. Concreeto arranges housing and the necessary paperwork for them. In the Netherlands, they are setting up a network of Poles who already live in the Netherlands.
William is the branch manager and as such the contact for the greenhouse growers. The first introductory conversations with vegetable, flower, and potted plant growers went well. “I find that our, available, people fit very well in this sector. We can offer something to both parties.”
