France: Collaboration to source variety of molecules and active ingredients

Interstellar Lab has entered a collaboration with L'Oréal R&I Green Sciences Incubator to explore the potential of BioPod, Interstellar's controlled growing chambers, to source a variety of molecules and active ingredients.

This new collaboration aligns perfectly with L'Oréal's commitment to having 95% of their ingredients be bio-based, derived from abundant minerals, or circular processes by 2030.

"For L'Oréal, the Green Sciences Incubator is a win/win way of working with start-ups to explore the potential of innovative technology platforms for our L4TF program targets," explains Dalko-Csiba Maria, L'OREAL Green Sciences Incubator Director.

"This collaboration is built upon a shared belief that the future of beauty lies at the intersection of science, nature, and technology. By merging biology and new technologies, Interstellar Lab has created a unique and groundbreaking field of knowledge and innovation that contributes to the L'Oréal Green Sciences approach. Our biofarming platform, which combines cutting-edge hardware, AI-enabled control, and scientific precision, is pioneering a new era of sustainable beauty," shares the Interstellar team.
