New Horti Scissor lift requires minimum of maintenance during the season

"We know growers are looking for a device that serves them for years and requires a minimum of maintenance during the season. With that in mind, we created our latest product: the Horti Scissor Lift 3.5", Krzysztof Korzeniewski with FPHU Maryniaczyk says.  

The HSL 3.5 greenhouse trolley by FPHU Maryniaczyk is a Polish product that has been designed specifically for the greenhouse industry. It is the result of many years of work related to the construction of machines dedicated to work in the greenhouse.

"What counts for us is the comfort and safety of the user, and most importantly - facilitation of activities performed when growing fruit and vegetables in a greenhouse. That's why this new and excellent product was born", Krzysztof says 

 
He explains how the use of parts from European manufacturers ensures long-term operation and how they opted for brushless BLDC motors that do not require maintenance during the season. Then there's a new scissor system in which the hydraulic cylinder has a new support point affecting the smoothness of lifting and lowering the platform. "We also made sure not to use chains in the drive system and to use high-quality materials, protected against harmful factors occurring in the greenhouse. This way, we know for sure it's a durable solution that ensures peace of mind during the season." 

According to Krzysztof, the quiet device does not affect the high noise level in greenhouses, the safety systems are in accordance with ISO EN 280, and the Horti Scissor Lift 3.5 is adapted to accessories such as support for boxes, electric fans, or boxes for clips. "It's a super user-friendly row-to-row system, with a perfect quality-price ratio." 

The FPHU Maryniaczyk company is gradually developing. "We are constantly expanding our machinery park and employing more and more specialists, which affects the design of our devices and allows us to work with new innovative projects," Krzysztof says. "Soon, in our offer, you will find a complete automatic transport system that supports the individual processes, including harvesting, sorting, and packing on pallets. Due to the continuous development of our business, in the future, there will be other interesting products that we are working on or that we have already planned."
