Sant'Orsola presents its "Zero Residue Family", which includes the 200-gram blueberry and raspberry mix to be launched in Italy in the spring. The new packaging is made of heat-sealed recycled PET. Through this, the cooperative strengthens its position in the berry market.
"Both have been welcomed with enthusiasm by consumers, who feel these fruits are an important conquest and a guarantee when it comes to real food sustainability. Zero residue berries, in fact, do not present any detectable residue of phytosanitary products when harvested," reads a company note.

Zero-residue blueberries and raspberries are produced exclusively by Sant'Orsola members in Sicily, Calabria, and Trentino. They are the product of the cooperative's environmental chain and are a distinctive sign of their green evolution, which started with the production of berries using alternative methods as well as new packaging solutions (100% R-PET).
Società cooperativa agricola Sant'Orsola will attend Fruit Logistica in Berlin with its own stand (Halle 4.2, stand A-4). Sant'Orsola will also attend the other international fairs in 2023 to showcase the new products and its vision, made possible by its more than 40 years of experience, 800 partners, and 450 hectares in various Italian regions where they produce berries, strawberries, currants, baby kiwis and cherries.
