Ruixue Global: Innovative application of spraying shading and cooling agents with drones

With the gradual development of modern agricultural science and technology, traditional manual operations have been gradually replaced by mechanical operations, and the application of drones in the agricultural field has become more and more extensive. Drones can be seen in plant protection, spraying, sowing, and fertilization, but the spraying of shading and cooling agents is still relatively not so developed in China. Timely spraying of shading and cooling agents in hot summer weather is one of the effective methods to reduce the indoor temperature of greenhouses. Manual spraying is cumbersome and labor-intensive. Ruixue Global noticed this problem and began to conduct research on the spraying of shading and cooling agents.

"We hope to use drones to spray shading and cooling agents. After continuous innovation, design, experimentation, improvement, and repeated tests in our Beijing Fangshan Smart Greenhouse Base, we finally got a satisfactory spraying effect. The task was successfully completed with drones," said Ruixue Global.

"The improved drones after R&D meet the requirements of spraying. To this end, Ruixue Global also applied for patent protection, sent many people to professional institutions for training to learn and operate, and obtained the UAV operation certificate. With mature technology and equipment, the Ruixue Global team went to various villages in China, organized local agents and dealers to demonstrate and publicize, educate and disseminate new technologies, and conducted UAV training for different regions, different greenhouses, and different crops. The footprints are all over Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Yunnan, Sichuan, Gansu, Shanxi, Shaanxi, and other places."

"It turns out that the drone spraying demonstration has achieved remarkable results and has been unanimously recognized and praised by dealers. Some dealers have also purchased drones to facilitate the spraying services. The spraying process has also aroused great interest and attention from growers from all over the world, and they expressed their willingness to follow up. Our products are used by many solar greenhouse growers, such as peppers, watermelons, grapes, strawberries, hydrangea, and blueberries. "

With the extensive uses of drone spraying, shading and cooling products have also been introduced to a wider market. In the future, we will continue to deepen the R&D of the application of drones in the field of spraying agents, optimize the operation process, and provide customers with better services.
