Italy's Fratelli Ritrovato is a family business specialized CEA tomato cultivation, with more than twenty years of experience in the sector.
The tomatoes are grown on an area of 10 hectares, distributed across different regions, with the aim of meeting all the needs of the agri-food chain. Great attention is paid to ensuring a long shelf life after the harvest, as well as to the aroma and taste of the tomatoes.

The local and national markets are and will continue to be of great importance, but for some years now markets have also been sought abroad, where the demand for quality crops is increasing, especially for a cherry tomato that is firm and has good taste.
"The need to find a unique line for the domestic and foreign markets has always been a priority for us. It is linked to the selection of the variety, as part of a wider process of expansion," said production manager Giovanni Ritrovato.
"Since I can remember, my family has always tried to grow a high-quality tomato. The consumer is our number one priority, whether in Italy or abroad, and we are committed to providing a good, crunchy tomato," continued Ritrovato.

"To ensure supply continuity, we carry out two production cycles: a spring-summer cycle and a winter cycle. In these two cycles, we have examined many varieties, but in recent years none of them has fully met our agronomic needs. One example is the Livanti F1 in the summer cycle and the Vittorio F1 in the winter cycle. In both cases, these are tomatoes with a high tolerance to cracking and a long shelf life. It is easier to grow with quality if you also have varieties with the right characteristics, both in terms of plant rusticity, handling, but also in terms of cultivation."
A company's agronomic and commercial progress also depends on making the right choices and selecting the right brand partners with whom to develop projects.
