Danish tomato producer Mads Pedersen on the upcoming name change

"We are always conscious of the environment"

Danish tomato producer Mads Pedersen is the proud manager of his parents' farm on the island of Fyn. It was founded in 1948. He will also be the last to run the company under this name, because in the future the products will be traded under the name Nordic Greens, he says in an interview with Fyens.dk.

"First, we are a Nordic company that produces greenhouse vegetables in both Denmark and Sweden. Secondly, we always think environmentally and work hard to be as climate and production conscious as possible in all our production. Finally, Greens symbolizes our production of tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers and possible other greenhouse crops in the near future," says Pedersen, who will still carry the "Katrine og Alfreds" brand, which is popular on the domestic market.
