PETKUS-Selecta, a company for total solutions in fine seeds, and VitalFluid, active in plasma applications, have joint forces last summer with signing a key-partner agreement. This cooperation will boost the development of biological disinfection solutions for flower and vegetable seeds.
Both PETKUS Selecta BV and VitalFluid are active in the development of new sustainable solutions for seed treatment.
VitalFluid is developing natural seed treatment through plasma technology. This technology is based on mimicry of lightning, producing plasma-activated water that has cleaning and hygienic properties. Together with the experience and know-how of Petkus Selecta on steam treatment, HySeed bio, they are a great team to provide sustainable seed treatment solutions.
At Seed Meets Technology, booth 23, they will demonstrate the possibilities of Plasma Activated Water on seed treatment with the PAW Lab unit.
