The first Open Day organized in Campania by TSI Italia was a success. Many operators visited the Pagano Antonio facility (Coop. La Rosa Rossa) in San Marzano sul Sarno (SA).
Degustibus
TSI Italia is focusing on Campania more and more, so much so that there are two technical-commercial agents in the area - siblings Elena and Armando Meo. The success of the event is due to their presence on the territory.
Mr. Green
Those attending discussed a lot of interesting information regarding a much-appreciated range of TSI Italia varieties.
Yuka
Inside the demo greenhouse, visitors learned more about the various varieties, including: Degustibus (midi plum), a very important variety for the area of reference; Mr Green (oblong), which is also much appreciated; Rosacambra (beefsteak) with its unique color similar to "Sorrentino"; cherry tomatoes Sbirulino and Hermanito (boasting different grades and ripening times); and specialties such as orange plum tomatoes Yuka, yellow cherry tomatoes Mini On and brindled midi plum tomatoes Top Zohar.
"We are pleased with the number of people who attended this first Open Day (organized in full compliance with current Covid regulations). Feedback was very positive and we are working to grow our contact network more and more. I am sure Degustibus and Mr. Green will become very popular because visitors seemed to like them a lot," explained Elena and Armando Meo.
Spaghetti cooked risotto-style
A show cooking event (Fiore Agnes and Davide Filodoro from Riserva 24) was organized that used the varieties available to prepare spaghetti cooked risotto-style and other local delicacies.

Developer & sales representative Roberto Mantua added that "this is only the beginning of a long series of meetings we have in mind with local businesses. We want to invest more in promoting our range of products, which are already successfully distributed in Sicily and all over Italy and which just need local operators to get to know them."
