Murakami Farm Co., the largest producer of sprouts in Japan, based in Hiroshima, has announced the establishment of its tenth production factory, dubbed the super sprout factory and located in Yamanashi Prefecture.
The completion of this structure makes it the largest, fully artificially lit type plant factory in Japan and plans to expand the production capacity of broccoli super sprouts.

The super sprout factory is an extremely advanced plant factory, introducing a central control system that enables centralized management and monitoring of the cultivation equipment and environment.
