CASCADE, a leading French technology company specialized in the development of formulations for different types of macro tunnel covers with unique light control characteristics, will present the "Improving raspberry crop yields with Light CASCADE® technology. How to adapt the light in your crops to increase yields?" free webinar on January 22 at 10 o'clock.
The webinar will be moderated by Mamen Mingorance, the head of Freshuelva's Technical Department, and it will feature the CEO of CASCADE, Fréderic Pelleron; CASCADE's International Business Manager, Jose Gongora; the manager of Freshuelva, Rafael Dominguez; the R&D engineer in Agronomy from CASCADE Severine LEMARIE, and the head of Agronomic Projects at Adesva, Magdalena Torres. To participate in it, please register for free at www.webinarcascade.es.
Freshuelva and Adesva, Huelva's Agroindustry Center, are collaborating in CASCADE's webinar to publicize the advantages that this technology offers the sector and how it can improve yields in various crops, such as raspberries. The new macro-tunnel roofs that incorporate this technology have been successfully tested in Huelva.
CASCADE and its technology
CASCADE specializes in the development and manufacture of optically active additives that integrated into the macro tunnel covers modify the solar spectrum to optimize the yields and quality of the fruits.
These new macro tunnel covers improve plant photosynthesis and photomorphogenesis, favorably influencing yields. Since each crop has specific light requirements, CASCADE adapts its formulations to suit the type of crop they will be used for, such as berries or vegetables.
