June 23-27, Bellingham

US (WA): International Plant Propagators’ Society Western Region hosts Annual Conference

The International Plant Propagators’ Society Western Region (IPPS-WR) is hosting their Annual Conference in Bellingham, Washington from June 23 to 27, 2020 at the Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center.

IPPS is a global network of professionals with an interest in plant production, including horticultural research and education, with the aim to improve the knowledge, skills, productivity and professionalism of its members. IPPS is neither a trade organization, nor an academic association, and memberships are available only to individuals, not commercial concerns. The Society has some 1600 members over eight geographical regions around the world, spread over four continents. The Western Region of IPPS covers British Columbia and Alberta and the western United States west of the Rocky Mountains.

The motto of IPPS is Seek & Share. IPPS events bring together people from across the green industry. The Annual Conference features a combination of tours visiting nurseries in Washington and the Fraser Valley in British Columbia followed by two days of speakers who will share their knowledge in traditional techniques and modern technological innovations in plant production.
