The Sakata team welcomed more than 55 visitors from the Buhara, Navoi and Horezm regions to present the new Beit Alpha cucumber and pink indeterminate tomatoes for the hot to cold season in the region.
The field day took place December 23 in the Buhara region, one of the key areas for Beit Alpha cucumber and indeterminate tomato production in Uzbekistan.
Distributors, dealers, growers, nurseries and exporters gave very positive feedback on Rebel F1, the new Beit Alpha variety, and Pink Paradise F1, Pink Forward F1, Pink Parvathy F1 and TOM02914 F1, Sakata's new indeterminate pink tomato varieties for the market.
