US (MI): Categories 6 and 7A pesticide review classes in Washtenaw County start soon

Michigan State University Extension in southeast Michigan is offering Pesticide Applicator Category Review Classes on the following dates for those who want to prepare for the following specific categories pesticide exams:

  • Monday, Jan. 6, 2020 - General Pest Management, eight category 7A credits offered
  • Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020 - Right-of-Way Pest Management, eight category 6 credits offered

Each specific category class will be delivered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (one hour lunch on your own) at the MSU Extension Washtenaw County Office, 705 N Zeeb Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Study manuals for each class may be ordered online from the National Pesticide Safety Education Center. Purchasing study manuals is not required but highly recommended. 

Online registration for one or more classes is available, or you can register by calling the Washtenaw County MSU Extension office at 734-997-1678 or the Lenawee County MSU Extension office at 517-264-5300. The registration cost is $25.
