Federico Giva is the new HR Manager at Cefla

Federico Giva, who was born in 1978, who holds a degree in Managerial Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, is moving from the Hera Group where over the years he has worked in various different roles of increasing responsibility. Thanks to these positions he has been able to build up consolidated and significant experience in the principal areas of Human Resources, putting into practice cross-sectorial projects involving the company's various structures and integrating the diverse players present throughout Italy.

At Cefla, Giva will be responsible for implementing HR policies both in Italy and elsewhere around the world by coordinating personnel management activities, recruitment procedures, administration, training, development, talent management and interaction with trade unions.

“At a moment of profound change such as the current one, an important step that the new HR management must take is to incorporate a strategy which places people at the centre into the industrial plan, in order to reinterpret the needs of the company in the light of digital transformation,” declared Andrea Formica, general Manager of Cefla s.c.
