European consumers quizzed on tomato preferences

Horizon 2020 multi-actor project TOMRES aims to enhance resilience to combined water and nutrient stress in tomato production and to maximise water and nutrient use efficiency. The project is designing and testing novel combinations of genotypes and management practices to reduce environmental impact. They would like to take into account consumer preferences in this research and therefore they have launched a survey aimed at anyone who purchases tomatoes - available in 7 languages.
