"Future of food lies in adopting new technologies"

“We have a factory of food I would say, because on a continuous basis we can create week on week, month on month and year on year the same quality food”, says Udaykumar Mathapati of Delish Veggies.

The Indian company cultivates tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and several salads, like Romaine, Lolo Roso and Butterhead by using hydroponics. In this video Udaykumar tells about their growing methods and their plans to expand the business.

Three years ago Delish Veggies started as a pilot and today the are commercially growing. “We want to create agriculture jobs in India. We are aiming to expand to a larger scale in multiple cities”, he says.
