"Make hydroponics and drainage reuse more efficient"

With the GreenTech coming up in June we're getting in touch with several horticultural know-it-alls, entrepreneurs, innovators and general greenhouse geeks. Today the team of Hydroponic Systems tells us more about their mission to support the greenhouse industry in its development

1. What is your contribution to the advancement of the global horticulture industry?
Hydroponic Systems contribute with products that helps to save key resources such as water and nutrients, avoiding fungus diseases and let Greenhouses free of flooding areas by the inefficiency of the irrigations.



2. What would you say is the most important topic in horticulture at the moment?
Most important topic in horticulture at the moment is producing more with less, thanks to new techniques and technologies.
3. What will you be doing at the GreenTech? Will you present any novelties during the trade show?
Hydroponic Systems is presenting new products for berries such as strawberries and blueberries.
4. What project that you’re currently involved in are you most proud of?
We are proud to be collaborating with scientific research centers in order to make hydroponics and drainage reuse more efficient.
5. How do you see the future of horticulture?
Horticulture in the future must be more technified in order to increase the quality and productivity of the differents crops, without consuming more resources, using day by day less phytosanitary products and being more ecofriendly. According with that, from Hydroponic Systems we are giving the first step to the possibility to reuse the water, and take under control the waster of the nutrients recycling them.
