Heavy winds and storms in the last two days have caused financial damage for growers in Burdur, a city located in the southwestern part of Turkey.
Multiple greenhouses in the Cavdir district of Burdur have been significantly damaged by the storm.
The growers, who are already in debt, are pushed to a state of despair after the damages to the ceiling and cover of their greenhouses. These farmers had used bank credits to build these greenhouses and are now hoping that the local state officials would extend help to them to mitigate their losses.
