“How to Know If Your Direct Marketing Vegetable Enterprise is Making Money” is a topic that will be presented in August and September in workshops developed by University of Tennessee Extension Center for Profitable Agriculture. The workshops are designed to help growers learn the basics of using records and budgets to track revenue and costs and to plan. Some locations will offer an additional topic and these may include sales tax, business tax and liability insurance for value-added products or managing risks of backyard poultry.
