Acadian Plant Health hires business development manager for Brazil

Acadian Plant Health (APH) recently hired Daniel Gheller for the position of Business Development Manager in the Brazil region. Within this position, Gheller will help create the APH crop solutions portfolio for the Brazilian market, lead and develop the sales team, as well as help develop a distributor market. Additionally, Gheller will be involved with the Research and Development Team in analyzing the international market and positioning the APH portfolio for long term success within Brazil.

Gheller is a graduate in agronomy in Brazil, with postgraduate degrees in marketing and strategic management. He has 25 years of experience in commercial leadership with global companies such as Aventis, Bayer CropScience, Dupont and Cheminova that operate in the crop protection market with a focus on row crops and the sugarcane market. Gheller brings a wealth of experience to APH and the role he will play in sales team management, market access strategies, defining corporate structures and business development in different regions of the Brazilian market.
