Pegasus opens larger office in Singapore

Pegasus Agriculture Group has announced their opening of a permanent office in Singapore. The company has already been operating from its smaller branch office and the new larger office in Singapore will accommodate their rapidly growing team along with providing facilities for further growth and expansion into the Asian market.

On the move to the larger office, Chairman of Pegasus Agriculture Group, Mr. Mahmood Almas said “Opening a larger office in Singapore was a natural step towards enhancing our global distribution network and part of our continuous commitment towards investment in Hydroponics”. According to Mr. Almas, with its new offices in Singapore and Malaysia, the company will help to bring new trends to farmers in the Far East.

The strategy of expansion adapted by the group is not only going to help the group expand its business exponentially, but will also help the farmers working with the group to grow with its success. With factors such as continuous growth in urban population, low availability of cultivable land and demand for high quality food driving the vertical farming market in Asian countries, hydroponic farming seems to be the most sustainable solution to increasingly alarming food shortage and water scarcity issues being faced around the globe.
