"Hokkaido greenhouse to enable production in the "coldest city on earth"

With temperatures that can drop to -50 Celsius, Yakutst in Siberia is often described as one of the coldest city in the world. While there is only 5 hours of daylight, a new greenhouse project is expected to enable local greenhouse production. The greenhouses are designed with special installation and help of a three layer rubber film for insulation. It was built by Japanese greenhouse manufacturer Hokkaido.
