US: NSSI assesses strawberry industry needs through survey

The NSSI is a collaboration among 13 Universities working together to move sustainable production forward through multidisciplinary projects focused on new and proven technology, demonstration, outreach, extension and education with the goal of increasing sustainable production and supply of strawberries to consumers.

The National Strawberry Sustainability Initiative is assessing the needs of the strawberry industry through a nation-wide survey of strawberry growers, managers, nurserymen, advisors and Extension educators. This survey will be used to develop a USDA Specialty Crop Research Initiative project.
