Dutch pilot project starts with greenhouse grown duckweed

The Durtch have launched a pilot project on the cultivation, processing and distribution of greenhouse grown duckweed.

A foundation was established for the pilot: Waterlinzen NEXTgarden. Hay van Soest (advisor) and Sascha van den Hurk (entrepreneur) make up the foundation's management. Sascha van den Hurk is the entrepreneur who will execute the pilot. He is accompanied by a team of experts.
