"Australia: "Love My Salad" at HFF Conference"

At this year's HFF Conference, sample “breakfast salads” during Wednesday morning registration up to the Official Conference opening. Chef and Love my Salad Ambassador, Christopher Howe will create 2 or 3 salads, featuring hydroponically grown vegetables.

Love My Salad workshop for the community of Lorne
Chef and Love My Salad Ambassador, Christopher Howe will create and share salads, featuring HFF members' produce. Sample salads will be offered to the workshop participants. The public will be encouraged to purchase a “Love My Salad bag” with fresh produce & information supplied by members of HFF with the proceeds going towards the Lorne Bushfire Brigade.

Perfection Fresh Breakfast
Perfection Fresh will sponsor breakfast on the final day of the conference. Breakfast will be served in the conference room and will be followed by a special guest speaker.
